We design and operate financial data infrastructure for mid-market companies — not just dashboards, but the foundation that makes dashboards, reporting and decisions reliable. One governed data layer, driven by financial logic, integrated across your sources, with live reporting and AI on top. What you pay us for is simple: numbers that reconcile, make sense, and tell you what to fix.
The team is built deliberately at the intersection of financial controlling and data engineering — controllers who code, engineers who read balance sheets. It is not a common combination, and it is why requirements don’t get lost between finance and technology: we think in both languages at once.
Leadership
Founded by Martin Duben and Peter Lukáč , combining 20+ years across finance and technology.
Martin Duben — Business development and product design. CEE markets, corporate reporting applications. Background: PwC (financial audit), MetLife (built the FP&A function for CEE/MENA), NOVIS Insurance (Deputy CFO). Martin has sat on both sides — inside finance teams, and inside companies building tools for them.
Peter Lukáč — Chief Technology Officer. UK and Western European markets, M&A, business modelling, valuations. Peter builds the infrastructure that makes financial data trustworthy at scale — from ERP integration to enterprise authentication.
Team and network
A core team of 6–10 people, every member fluent in both finance and technology. Around it, a focused network of specialists: financial advisory for valuations and M&A diligence, technical partners for complex ERP and infrastructure projects, and industry depth in real estate, hospitality, manufacturing and PE portfolio management.
Where we operate
London · Bratislava · Poznań. We serve mid-market companies across Slovakia, Poland, the Czech Republic and the UK, with clients in 11 countries — and we are a validated provider for audit and advisory firms who use the platform in their own client delivery. Legal structure: Onetribeadvisory LTD (London, UK) with operating subsidiaries in Slovakia and Poland.
Why we’re different
Built by people who ran finance — junior roles, then international controlling, then M&A — and who operate what they build: the same team runs regular financial processes on the platform daily, for 70+ companies. The platform handles the infrastructure; our team answers for the numbers.
