A product on the platform · Directive 2023/970 · zákon č. 76/2026 Z. z.

Nobody hands you a compliant methodology.

So we build yours — on the layer that already runs your workforce reporting.

GenEq produces the seven figures the Slovak Equal Pay Act requires, from a job evaluation and a governed model you keep. It is not a compliance tool bolted onto a finance platform: it is the HR & People module taken to statutory depth.

Where the gap comes from

A raw gap is a number. A decomposed gap is a decision.

A factor only counts as an explanation if it is objective and gender-neutral.

What the law actually asks for

Five factors, not the four everyone built for.

Complexity Responsibility Effort Working conditions Soft skills

§ 3(1) puts mäkké zručnosti — social and communication ability — alongside the four the directive names. A job evaluation built on the EIGE four-factor toolkit does not meet the Slovak text.

01 · Why it sits on the platform

The scope the filing forces you to build is the scope that runs salary spend.

To produce seven defensible figures you have to bring pay, grade, tenure, hours, entity and job evaluation into one governed model, at employee level, reconciled and versioned. That is not a reporting exercise — it is the people data layer, and assembling it is the hard part.

Once it exists, the statutory report is one output of it. The rest of the HR & People module is already written against the same layer: what the workforce costs and how productively it is deployed, absence and leave, turnover and retention, compensation overview.

So the compliance budget buys more than compliance. Total salary spend by entity, function and grade. What progression actually costs, before it is committed to. Where retention risk sits. What next year’s pay round does to the gap while it can still be changed. None of that is a second project — it is configuration on a layer you had to build anyway.

That is the difference between a pay-gap tool and a pay-gap product on a platform. The tool stops being useful the day after the filing. The layer does not.

Read-only by default. The model sits in the client's own environment, and the evaluation scores are an input to it — which is what makes a category defensible.

The report is due once a year. The workforce questions arrive every month — and they run on the same model.

What stays with you

The model, the data and the documentation sit in your own environment. The methodology is yours — we build it with you and it stays with you, which is the point when the defence of it is yours to make.

We produce the data, the reports and the analysis. Legal interpretation and the decisions that follow stay with you and your counsel. We do not certify a filing and we do not advise on employment law.
