ERP & Source Systems

Every system we connect. Yours included.

The governed data layer sits on top of whatever ERP or accounting system you already run. This is the catalogue: what each system is, who it fits, what it holds — and how we build management reporting on top of it. Your ERP stays; only the connection is ours.

01 · The systems

One layer, any system underneath.

We consolidate groups running many of these side by side — the ERP decision can be made on operational fit, not on reporting fear. Each system gets its own article in this series; links activate as they publish.

We are not a partner or reseller of any vendor listed. We build the governed data layer above your ERP, whichever ERP that is — and if a new system is genuinely the right call, we’ll say so .

02 · How we connect

Read-only, four routes, no change for your team.

Getting the data out is the routine part. Nothing is ever written back, and users notice no difference in how the system performs.

1

Direct SQL read

Read-only login on the system's database — clean and incremental. Our default wherever the line supports it.

2

The system's API

XML, REST or OData interfaces where the vendor provides them — POHODA mServer, ABRA REST, BC OData.

3

Controlled file read

For file-based lines, always against a controlled copy — never the live file.

4

Scheduled export

The fallback that always works — automated, versioned, monitored.

Let's go

Put your data to work — in weeks, not months.

We connect your systems, build the governed model, and hand you reports ready to use. A proven process across 50+ mid-market finance teams.
